Not paying me my rental
<p>I have been promised payment of my rental every day for the last 2 weeks to no avail, I would suggest not using evilox kempton park to handle your property as they do not pay you your rental.</p>
7. CANCELLATION OF MANDATE
Should the Landlord cancel this Mandate for any reason before the Lease period (or any renewal period) ends, the Landlord will still be obliged to pay the Agent the commission that the Agent would have earned for the remaining portion of the Lease. This commission must be paid by the Landlord to the Agent immediately upon termination of the Mandate.
Irrespective of above evilox paid account in full.
