Breach of lease.
For four months since I have taken occupation of my cottage I have always payed the right amount on time. Evilox sends me a statement via e mail each month and want me to pay R35 for this mail. This is not stated in my lease. My rent is R4,400 a month and paid on time. They claim on their statement I must pay R6,770 for rent. I have sent them proof of payment over and over but this admin problem persists. E mails sent to them are ignored. They never respond. I have no way of solving this problem. The Ref is. LEA000293
The statement fee of R35.00 is clearly specified on initial application done and once again on every monthly Invoice. Invoices are sent per sms and mail. All queries should be made in writing to email address on statements.
