Cheated by Evgenia Villas & Suites Hotel

<p>On 10th of may, at the reservation portal called "BOOKING", I wanted to make a reservation in EVGENIA hotel from 12 of july to 15 of july but I made a mistake and chose the month of may instead of july. Immediatly I canceled the reservation and contacted the hotel to explain the mistake. EVGENIA hotel didn't attend my explanations and charged my credit card with the total amount of the reservation. Neither booking nor VISA have mediated with the hotel. I feel cheated and powerlessness. The practices of EVGENIA hotel are not honest.</p>
