Zero lack of professionalism or care towards their clients and products being sold.

I am shocked at the lack care and professionalism at Evetech with dealing with their customers and the products that's being sold.

1. Online store stipulates in stock, you order, pay and then wait a hour on the phone confirming payment was made and received only to be informed 6 days later that there is no stock of items and then they give you either a higher priced alternative or alternative that is worse in spec for basically the same price.

2. Only to change the order to accommodate their lack of stock, then they don't update the order online causing issues when trying to do warranty claims as they then states "cant find the item" that you supposedly your ordered as it was changed.

3. Online pricing not the same as the invoiced amount.

4. Order online they make you wait more than 2 weeks with little to no feedback all the while they are able to drop the online list price of the item you ordered with 1000 rand with no change of price to your order.

5. Simply ignoring emails to Evetech requesting a update over the span of the 2 weeks as well as my request to cancel the order and a full refund.

6. Only after requesting a full refund with no reply, do i receive the shipping confirmation days later, 7. Previous order I made the items were wrapped so tightly that it crushed the motherboard and Gpu boxe's, while The ram simply just thrown in on the side with no protection what so ever. in addition to supplying me with the wrong ram configuration and refused to exchange it even after explicitly confirming it with the sales rep beforehand)

8. The CPU of over 9000 rand was simply thrown into the motherboard box without its original packaging, no protective foam nothing simply in a plastic see though packaging not even with its sticker that is actually also suppose to be inside the CPU see through packet.

9. The Motherboard they supp**** did not even have the installation manual included.

9. The CPU Cooler that was supp**** was in a separate black unbranded box the box which were damaged and completely lose at it seams with its heat compound smudged on the cooler's fins.
