You better hope your item doesn't break

These guys have the worst procedures to work with item warranties.... They tell YOU to drive somewhere, only for that "somewhere" to give you a paper confirming that whatever item you want to return is actually broken. This already is really not designed to satisfy the customer, but wait, it gets better. My friend had to drive all the way to JHB from Centurion (where Evetech are stationed) just so that he could get a paper confirming that his monitor was broken. You want to know the best part? When he arrived back at Evetech after driving the cumulative 100 km, they said his credit didn't show.....

Evetech is probably one of the worst companies I have ever encountered.... it's sad really that they have such a monopoly over the PC world in Centurion...

I personally also had an issue with a monitor. The funny part is they didn't even help us, they told us we must go to their supplier to fix a broken item THEY sold us.... item didn't even get fixed because the guys working on it were *********** as well
