Worst service when return faulty product

Trying to get a refund is nearly impossible with them. I sent back a faulty product and after they tested it they said I can either get it replaced or refunded. So waiting upon the result they can't find they problem apparently and then I asked for a refund instead due to them clearly not testing products correctly or at all for that matter. Now ever since I asked for a refund excuse after excuse is coming up trying to avoid my refund being given. Still struggling to get my money back and after I do get it I will not recommend anyone buying from them. Yes the products are good and all but when it comes to sending it back for replacement/repair/refund then they change the whole story.
