Worst service ever from this company, will not reccomend, collecting intrest on your money.

I normaly have no complaints with this company, however this time im furious.

For the past month ive been trying to purchase a specific product from them, ive made numerous calls and have sent numerous emails after not being contacted back afyer numerous requests i opted to make use of their online service.

I bought my product on 08 May 2020 after a long wait and partial communication from them.

The amount was transferred and reflected immediately in their account as per online eft service.

I did not hear from them and contacted them via email the next day.

I recieved a response informing me that the payment has been recieved and that the order might take longer as expected (not according to their web service and telephonic conversation prior to purchase)

Numerous mails was exchanged pertaining an earlier purchase and ETA on new purchase.

On 13 May 2020 i recieved an email whilst still awaiting for ETA confirmation that a part that is included in the product i already purchased is unavailable and that they suggest taking another part in its place.

I was furious, after looking at the part details ive noticed that the replacement part is also not even fully compatible with the product that i purchased???

These guys are supposed to be experts in their field of work?

Ive asked them to contact me telephonically to no prevail.

A telephonic conversation could sort the problem in 10min but still no prevail.

I fully understand the business could be under presure because of the Lockdown, however, call me and speak to me regarding the problem and we can come to an solution.

This is the second time ive made a purchase in my private name from them and not in my company name and i can say one thing, if your not a big client with a big account it seems that you are a zero on a contract for them.

Once again contact me and get this sorted you are now in possession of my money and i have not recieved your product.
