Worst customer service ever!!

Why isn't there an option for 0 stars?

I am honestly disgusted by Evetech’s customer service! It’s the worst I have ever experienced! I emailed them 2 times to ask for an update on my order and still no response from their side! I called and they said that their support team is offline!? I was unsatisfied with my monitors and asked them to switch it for different monitors. Of course, they said. After they fetched my product they told me that a handling fee will be charged because I opened the boxes. I understood that, but the handling fee turned out to be close to the price of one of my monitors!!!??

After a while I asked them to refund with the handling fee deducted, and they still haven't rep**** me after a week.. I'm very sure they are ignoring me..

I will never recommend Evetech to anyone!
