Worst After Sales Support

I bought my computer end of November from them. Only recieved it two weeks later, Computer was set up everything went well. When I wanted to use my webcam yesterday. It wasn't working. Uninstall and Re install it work for about a minute.

Emailed them for the 6th time last night at 6 they let me know that I must send my laptop back as it was still under warrenty. After I have told them many times to please contact me as there is a setting some where not right. After I have contacted them 3 times and the phone was dropped.

Well my brother in Law assisted me later last night well. The Camera Soft were that was installed was compatible for Windows Vista and not for Windows 10.

There Support and After Sales are useless. They have lost a client.
