WORSE SERVICE ON THE PLANET

I'm absolutely furious with EVETECH's after-sales service for their new PCs. Dealing with them when something goes wrong is an absolute nightmare. The so-called "repair" team is a joke – you're more likely to know how to fix your PC than they are!

I wouldn't trust this company to sell me a pair of socks, let alone a PC. I spent over R40,000 on a PC that's just 10 months old, and I'm about to send it back for the fourth time! It's beyond ridiculous. Don't be fooled by their supposedly glowing reviews and 5-star ratings – they mean nothing.

And if you're in Cape Town, beware! The courier waiting period only adds to the frustration. I'm still fighting tooth and nail for a brand-new replacement computer, and they're pushing back every step of the way. This whole situation is an absolute farce.

If it were possible, I'd give them negative stars. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from EVETECH!
