Will not be supporting Evetech again... Ever

After numerous warnings about this company, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought from them. Faulty keyboard has been there for this entire week, I assume this as each email to them I ask when it arrived but this is never answered. I have to keep following up and each time it's delayed. No once have they sent me an update without me having to follow up first. I was told a technician would update me, not happening. Was told it will be tested in 48 hours then it's in the queue then they are backlogged and will be tested in 7 working days. Don't know when the 7 days started as you have still have not told me when you got the product back.

Your afters ales lives up to the poor name. I would avoid dealing with this company as much as you can, you pay cheaper but you will keep getting everything cheap from them including service.
