Why can't I get the laptop I paid for?

I ordered and paid for a new laptop. The one delivered wasn't the one I ordered, so I returned it. Evetech refuses to supply the one I ordered and paid for as they say it is now scratched. The scratches didn't happen with me as I knew immediately on opening the case that the laptop was incorrect and I would be returning it.

I just want the laptop I ordered and paid for.
