What is going on at Evetech used to be my go to???

Used to be my go to store, always received fast and reliable service. My last two orders there is always an excuse apparently did not send proof of payment but I have them as beneficiary and only change reference number. Previous order nearly took two weeks, where it never use to take longer than 3 to 4 days
