Warranty issues

This is how stuff that is still under warranty looks that was supposedly swapped out with new stuff that was recieved by me yesterday via the couriers but then the sales people want to make you out a ****. I can't see that you conduct business in such a manner and think that it is okay. Have we as South Africans got so used to poor service and just take it on the chin and then company's want to blame everything on Covid 19. They took over 18000 not even six month's back for a whole system with the marvo 4 in 1 bundle but this is the type off service you get after the fact. Really guys and i promote you everywhere but to what end???
