Wait until lockdown is over.

I only ever buy from Evetech. However, I'd avoid them during lockdown due to backlogs and their ordering system.

I ordered a gaming chair 1 May 2020, which was in stock. Now on the 12 May 2020 they said there's no stock of the one I ordered. I am in the process of a refund but I _might_ only get refunded next Tuesday by the sounds of it - for a product I haven't received.

I understand that there is a backlog of orders, but requesting a refund should be highest priority. Getting a simple reply from them is like pulling teeth (which makes it more frustrating).

Ideal situation would be to get refunded tomorrow latest. Last week would have been perfect and not get a 1 star review. (Especially since I got an email about my order that it'll take a bit longer.)

I suggest waiting until lockdown is over before ordering again.
