Very unhappy

I have bought a laptop. Man are their prices good. And the sales personal is awesome. But let me tell you one thing, their help on warranty are useless. I am waiting almost a month now for my laptop in repairs. They have no stress about your situation. Doesn't matter if you loose money. When you phone them they tell you they wait to here from the supplier. Now seriously you should tell your supplier your customer paid big money for this laptop to work with it, not to leave it in storage.
