Very Mixed feelings.

<p>My first purchase from them was a SSD roughly two months ago. No trouble with that, except for the fact that the courier was 2 days late, but I assumed this was just couriers being terrible as usual, perhaps taking a detour to a bar or twelve.</p> <p> </p> <p>My next purchase was a Power Supply I needed rather urgently after my previous one died. I made the purchase on the Monday evening, and received confirmation on the Tuesday morning that they had received payment and would be preparing my order. By late Thursday afternoon I hadn't heard anything else yet, so I gave them a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone was answered by a rude and unhelpful person, who made it very clear that I was annoying him and that asking about my order was an inconvenience. I tried to explain that I needed the item urgently and that it had already been nearly 3 full business days since my order (and the payment), but his response boiled down to 'We have lots of orders we're trying to get out - yours will be handed to the courier only when its ready'. The weekend came and went and I called again on Monday afteroon, where I was told by the same rude person that they would 'get it out today' like it was some object blocking a pipe. Suffice to say that had been a lie as well and despite the fact that I live only about 140km from their offices/warehouse, I received my order only 6 full business days after placing it.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has to be said though, that their prices are a great. With most of their products you would be very hard pressed to find it cheaper anywhere else in SA, sales notwithstanding. In contrast to this, their shipping is extremely expensive if you live outside of main centres - a minimum of R260 no matter the price of what you buy. Once you add that to the total, it suddenly isn't so cheap anymore, especially considering that their competitors offer much cheaper (and faster!) shipping.</p>
