Very bad service when ordering online

On Monday I placed an order with evetech after speaking with a sales assistant on the phone (I did have to hold on for 40 minutes before someone answered). The sales assistant explained to me that if I pay from FNB with EFT the only drawback is that it won't show immediately so I cannot go to evetech for a pick up. But delivery will be in 2-3 days (after I asked him how long its going to take as I don't want to wait weeks for something that is in stock). So I placed the order, made the EFT immediately and forwarded the proof to pay email. Its now the second day and my order still shows awaiting for payment. When I use social media (as you wait close to an hour before you speak to someone), I get told that they are very busy and will get to my order eventually. The only reason I ordered from them is cause amazon does not deliver to ZA currently. I should have waited, I have a feeling I would have got it a lot quicker. Don't order from them, looks like they have more than enough business during lockdown and don't care about online orders
