Very bad customer service

Not a good customer service and there is nowhere to escalate to. I want to escalate, but Evetech has no process in place and even when asking, nobody will give you names or contact details. The SSD of my laptop packed up under warranty and they replaced it with a “no name brand” SSD. If I never have to deal with Evetech again, it will be too soon.
