Useless service and products

Sent my laptop back after being faulty, recieved it back after 2 weeks and still faulty, terrible service from support and sales only apolgise for their horrible service and does nothing to it. Although they have good laptop specials will never recommend buying from these guys with a support as terrible as this rather take your money someplace else and spend the extra cash because this is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS
