Useless comoany

Does the owner of this useless comoany knows what is going on. Customer service is bad. There is no feedback from them. You will not revieve your parcel in 3 to 5 working days or on time.. I placed and paid for a order on the 9th of April. They took 4 days from Pretoria to Santon. Lol that is like 65km apart. When i called Aramex on the 14th they told me that they only recieve the parcel on the 14th at 5pm from evetech and they wil only deliver it on 21st of April. I then diceded to cancell the order and i am waiting for my refund. I will advise anyone not to use this useless company. They lost myself my friends and family as clients becuase I did inform them not to support them anymore.
