Unprofessional conduct

Firstly, I am met by an employee at collections with a shirt on that says "read this while I stare at your ****". This is extremely unprofessional.

Then I am informed that half the items on my order is "out of stock", after receiving a confirmation email that my order is ready for collection. Having to drive an hour to collect only not to receive it.

Will never buy here again.
