Unacceptable service and incredibly unprofessional.

I ordered a high end relatively expensive laptop that was in stock on the website. Once the payment is processed, I am told that the laptop is out of stock and I am offered a more expensive laptop with worse specs than the one I ordered that I have to pay extra for.

After requesting a refund, I have been waiting for nearly 5 days and have still not recieved any communication that the refund is processed. This is significant amount of money and has really hindered my own work progress. I am incredibly frustrated with the service and feel it is incredibly unprofessional.

I will not be using Evetech again and do not recommend that anyone else purchases from them.
