Unacceptable Service

I placed an order online and it has been almost two weeks and still have not received the product. No phone calls can be taken and the response via email is very generic. Dates are supp**** for deliveries, but their dates are inaccurate as the have all lapsed. This is totally unacceptable. You should rather close your company during the lockdown period.
