Unacceptable service

Bought a laptop through work from Evetech, and within the first two days, it had a factory fault. We returned it immediately, expecting a quick resolution from a company of this size. Instead, it took them two months just to tell us that the laptop is unfixable—and to make things worse, they also mentioned that the model has been discontinued.

This is something they could and should have told us right at the beginning. The lack of communication, slow service, and complete disregard for customer time is shocking. Very disappointed. Would not recommend based on this experience.
