TRULY THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED, NO ONE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely the most pathetic customer service I've received. I bought a laptop which was faulty , I couldn't even sign into my Gmail account because the @ sign wasn't working and the "z" and "y" keys were swooped around, I called Evetech , waited on the line for 1 hour and still no one answered. when I sent an email, someone from the support team(RAY) called me and I was told that my laptop will be replaced , now I get an email to say that the keys on the laptop are working fine. if it was working fine why would I waste my time and send it back. I asked for a full refund , awaiting a response.
