I bought an upgrade kit back in 2021. Earlier this year, one of the RAM sticks stopped working. Realizing that RAM has a lifetime warranty, I decided to fill out an RMA form and send it to Evetech. They quickly collected both of my RAM sticks and sent me brand new RAM. I've been doing business with them since 2016 and will continue to do so.
