They'll take your money even if they don't have the item

Service is shocking - Order a part, albeit on the 23rd December, and two weeks later after payment has been accepted am I only notified that there is not stock and an eta is unavailable

No solutions were offered, instead I am asked what to do and now to get a refund I have to jump through hoops - it's disgusting and I will make sure to never use them again - even if their competitors have higher prices, I would go with them as at least service and communication is better.
