The worst customer service ever and makes customers beg for what they paid for

Ordered a power supply, it's been 6 days now, not received it yet, tried to call and ask if I can collect it myself since delivery is taking too long but they are refusing,till now my order has not left their shop. Basically holding me hostage since I cannot collect no are they delivering, worst service ever. I'm done with them, will go for better alternatives like wootware and dreamware
