The Worst after sales service

After years of being a loyal supporter and advocate for Evetech, I'm sorry to say that I will not be using them anymore. They are quick to take your money and get an order out, this is true, but heaven forbid something goes wrong with the order as their after-sales service is **********. I ordered a M.2 drive on the 25th of Nov and they sent me a SATA SSD instead. They then made it seem like they will be holding my M.2 ransom until they get the wrongly sent SSD back. To try and speed up the process I asked for an invoice, which was a problem in it self and purchased the SATA SSD so they can just send the M.2 already. Currently, at this moment, I have no clue what's going on with my order as there is no communication or feedback from Evetech. Its been over 2 weeks. I don't mind the mistake that much, it happens, but everything that transpired after the fact has been a cause of major frustration. It almost feels deliberate. Looking at other reviews it's clear that Evetech is shooting itself in the foot.
