Thank you guys!!! Evetech FTW!!!

My PC just stopped working and after alot of debate decided against my own better judgment to take it in to Evetech. Best bad decision of my life!!!

I dealt with Sydney Sera in warranties and WOW he changed my entire thoughts on my pc, he guided me through what was wrong and what was broken. He explained to me what I needed and spent that little bit of extra time making sure to answer all my questions. Helping me with what was some very serious questions that I had (Looking back they were really stupid questions). He explained away everything from CPU to coolers to towers, he made me feel as though my ignorance was normal and that I could more questions. He took this from being a simple diagnosis to me wanting to build a new machine just due to his passion and understanding.

Next I dealt with Stephan Botha and from my sending in an e-mail and explaining the situation all the way through to changing my mind a few times, he was seriously there and willing to answer. I spent quite a while on a call with him and he very patiently let me talk, ask questions and gain a better understanding (yet again). My quote changed every conversation we had purely because I understood something more.

After I dealt with Hein Luwes, now that is what I call after-sales service. Not a single problem or concern just purely a matter of send me your details and I will sort everything out. Within just a few minutes I had my invoice again.

I will be going back to Evetech, thanks to Sydney and Stephan I understand enough to rebuild my entire machine. Finally someone translate all the Chinese, French and German into plain old english. This is the first time in my life that an IT company has taken the time to deal with me directly, to explain what the differences are and to truly get to know what my needs would be and then kind enough to help me build the PC that will suit that needs.

You guys have taken me from being a hesitant customer to a life long client, I wouldn't bother to use anyone else!! Thank you for this guys, you are amazing!!!!
