Terrible shocking service from Evetech

Good day fellow carbs I require a little advise here

I recently purchased 2 of the same cases on Evetech recently for my 2 sons .I was called the day before delivery stating that unfortunatley there is only one in stock and they will replace the out of stock unit with another model.

Upon delivery i was shocked to see that the case that i was told was out of stock had delivered .Great

But to my surprise upon opening the box i see that there are gashes on a few locations on the front panel. Unhappy that i was i did ask for it to be uplifted

I get an email today stating that i damaged the case with a knife upon opening the package.How is that possible, if it were the case it would a damaged in the form of a line straight through. There are damages on variouse places case front panel that mitigates that claim.

This leads me to believe i was sent a display/demo unit that they couldnt sell
