Terrible experience on all levels. Waste of money.

Terrible experience. throwing money away if buying here. 1. Bought motherboard from them, they send me a unit, Dead On Arrival. Send the unit back, they claim its a different unit than what they sent me, this units warranty has expired so my loss. And i need to pay fees for everything, every step of the way. Eventually after making a BIG fuss, they said store credit, but wont refund me. 2. Bought a motherboard second hand, had invoice with original owners personal details blacked out for privacy. Unit came with 3 year warranty. One year into use, motherboard faulty. Sent in for RMA, they want to credit the original owner unless he gives approval for me to get credited, and he didnt. Loss. warranty with these people mean nothing. 3. bought a GPU with evetech warranty, make an agreement with original owner that if something goes wrong credit goes to me. GPU runs hot over time, sent in. Make rma form, send in. 2 weeks go by without hearing from them. Call to ask, oh they didnt see it, they will get on it. Ask for details already on the form as procedure. Send card in, they check it out for two weeks. Then after two weeks they say it will go in to service centre for evaluation for another 3 weeks. Eventually they get back to me when i bothered them 4 weeks later, they agree they will credit me. Have to email to order anything. Order via email, sales rep gets back to me, will be ordered. Needs confirmation from original owner. Original owner sends his confirmation. Week goes by, no response. Ask again for update, oh they never got that email. Original owner resends confirmation. Sales rep confirms parts will be shipped and arrive by that friday. Monday arrives, no parts, ask again...no he meant this friday. That friday arrives, just before they close i phone again, still hasnt shipped. Promises me it will ship by monday. Tuesday i phone again, still hasnt shipped. Eventually escelating it to the shipping manager and sales rep's manager, finally get parts shipped weeks later.
