Terrible Evetech Experience

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer care, late delivery times and incorrect orders received from Evetech.

Evetech's website (www.evetech.co.za) does not update timely to show that items are out of stock. You will pay for items only to find out 2 to 3 days later that they are out of stock.

Their customer service and delivery times are terrible and unacceptable! Every time I've purchased an item from Evetech, it arrives up to two weeks late and much to my astonishment, it's been replaced by some other item (at Evetech's discretion, without notifying me). When asked to please send me the correct items that I actually purchased and that were advertised, the only response I received back from Evetech is "we were out of stock". No care or intention to assist is given by Evetech's representatives.

It comes down to false advertising, poor customer service and bad business ethics for Evetech.
