Terrible customer service

I have been waiting for a month for my monitor to be repaired, they promised me twice that the unit will be delivered on thee Day but its still not delivered, then they use Aramax to courier telling me that it will be delivered on Friday which did not happen, then they said on Saturday, which did not happen so hopefully i will receive my unit on Monday, this is very bad customer service and show how much retailers actually care about their customers.
