Terrible customer service and delivery time

Oi Vei - what terrible service. Such a shame though as they have great pricing, but the customer service, or rather lack there of is disgusting. Paid and straight away got a confirmation email that payment was received - then after countless calls and emails, 2 weeks later i get an email saying my PC has been arranged for delivery, overnight delivery, this was thursday. Eventually got PC the following Tuesday (overnight from thursday till tuesday (side note, dont use aramex)). They dont email you, they dont give info ofer the phone, they take your money and then you have no choice but to wait - and wait and wait. If you want their pricing, then give yourself at least 3 weeks for your order, no such thing as urgent in their books. Oh, and they don't read or respond to emails, so don't waste the time and effort.
