Terrible customer service

We requested a swop out for my son's headphones. He realised that he ordered the wrong model when it arrived and notified them immediately on the 4th of December. They finally picked up 7th and confirmed a credit to be passed the 11th. Its the 18 now... Absolute no customer service available. Don't expect anyone to answer a phone. They will make empty promises. Spend your money with someone else that actually care about their customers.
