Terrible customer care and poor communication

Someone at Evetech has a great sense of humor. They stipulate in their invoice emails that they pride themselves on post-purchase customer support and care, and the customer will always be just one call or email away from satisfaction. This could literally not be further from the truth. Bad communication and generally bad ethics. Customers are not updated, rep**** to, or apologized to when the unavoidable order mishap happens. At best, you'll receive a robotic response that does not answer any of your questions or solve any of the problems you have raised with your order.
