Terrible attituded filled customer service.
I placed a pretty big order with evetech, paid and sent proof of payment as required, and then heard nothing back. So a couple days later I emailed to find out whats happening and I get a response, summarized version, we received your order and will ship it mid week..... no details, nothing of actual use. So I email again asking for more specifics cause, to me its a huge amount of money and its a huge investment and i'm getting no feedback at all, please bare in mind they say on the website, 2 days from receipt of cash, anyway so I mail again and someone replies with their supplier was had issues but they have the stuff and will send it now. Cool. I mean, maybe letting your customer know, there is a delay would be nice but ok.
So I receive shipping info and all that, I phone the couriers the next day, just wanting an update, and they inform me that it might take up to 3 days to get to my city and then the next day they will deliver..... so from 2 days on website to now possibly 6 days.... mmm. So i email evetech again, just to find out whats up now, cause a delay on their side is now becoming a huge delay for me. I'm a little ticked off atm about the lack of communication and now on top of it more delays and they didn't possibly rush the order, you know keep the client happy maybe. I get a very attitude filled response, about how the suppliers were late and they can't bare the cost of prioritizing my order cause its a big order and blah blah blah.... So 1st, you don't tell me anything about a delay, then when I ask for more info I get attitude. Shouldn't a sales company, you know give a dam about their clients? I would have been perfectly fine if they informed me during one of the 3 emails, that there has been a delay, the package will arrive on x date. Details, I mean I spent a lot of money and nothing and then attitude. I'll be honest, I am extremely disappointed with the service.
Just a simple update as things happen, that all I wanted, instead I have to beg for info and then get attitude.... not very customer orientated.
