Terrible after sales support

Terrible after sales support. Don't buy an MSI laptop from them. If you ever have any issues, its impossible to get any kind of face to face service. They send you straight to some random service center miles away from where they are. My laptop has had to go in many times in the first year of owning it and every time takes o few weeks to a month . still no end in sight of my issues.
