Telling a customer they get Call of duty with their PC and telling them later on that the key expired. Nonsense

I wanted to claim my master key for Call of Duty and the Evetech team just responded by saying - Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your master key expired. So now I am asking what does it help they tell me I am getting a free game with my PC and then later on telling me it expired. That is absolutely ridiculous. I spent over R30 000 at Evetech. I will never buy something from them again.
