Surprised to See So Many Negative Reviews, Don't Understand How...

I was Surprised to so many Bad Reviews on Evetech and I do not understand how.

I have been a loyal Evetech customer for about 4 years going into 5 and have purchased from them more than 15 times and have never experienced anything like what people are saying. At most, a negative experience was something as light as getting headsets I bought about 5 days late but never experienced that since then. I have also Experienced many positives such as receiving a package one day after order (I live in Mpumalanga by the way).

I really think that Evetech is the Leader of South African Gaming Equipment Sellers.
