Super slow laptop

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 3593 15.6" 10th Gen Core i7 Laptop on 4th May 2020 from you guys. (***).The laptop is very slow, It takes more than 5 minutes to reboot and hangs while I am working on other applications.

Efforts to get hold of you are fruitless as your phone is never answered, Instead i have been hanged up while they supposedly transfer you to a support technician.
