Sub par product, with meaningless warranty

I purchased an expensive mechanical Madcatz keyboard from Evetech that had a 2 year warranty. After 8 months the LED stopped working. I send it in for repairs as it was still well within the warranty time. It was send back to me still broken with the excuse that is was wear and tare. This is unacceptable. I had to even pay the shipping myself, and they did not fix their sub par product. They responded that I can send it to Taiwan and sort it out myself. Evetechs warranties are nul and void, it might as well not exist.
