Stay far away from Evetech!

I must say, I used to be their biggest fan and referred everyone under the sun to these guys. Spent a lot of money here, but lately their service has gone to sh*t. Not sure if it's a case of them getting too big, but one can almost sense the arrogance. Getting a response to a query even ore sales is like pulling teeth, getting support after they have taken your money is even worse. Bought a gaming chair from them which was incorrectly sized because thei do not provide that information on their site like they should, and still sitting waiting for their couriers to come and collect it so they can determine how much of my original purchase price they will refund, yes, they will charge you to repackage your product if you look to return it so be aware. Bottom line, customer service is non existent, they've become extremely arrogant even in their email responses, and good luck getting your money back or trying to sort out a return. I am actually considering laying a complaint with a higher authority maybe then they will actually sort out my return. Stay away!
