Stay away from Evetech If you expect a professional after sales service!

We recently acquired a few Lenovo laptops from Evetech Solutions. We setup the laptop for a customer and on the first day had a call out on issues they were experiencing . We could not resolve as it was a product issue. It was dropped it off at Evetech on the 17th Sept 2024with a full description, video recording of the issue and contact details of the engineer from our side handling the matter. It would be a further 3 days before anyone contacted us.

On the 20th Sept 2024 I get an email from the engineer asking me to explain how we can assist them in replicating the fault.( I am in mgmt so why they contacting me and not the engineer who logged the call?). They had not read a sInge document or viewed any video that we left for them. Basically all they need todo was push the space bar and they would see the issue

My engineer attempted on multiple occasions to explain and get them to revert back to the video. Eventually we had to go in and show them the problem. Customer has now been without their laptop for ... days.

They come back on 26th Sept 2024, advising that they need to send it away and it will take 1-3 weeks to fix!!! That is an "out of box failure" as far as I am concerned. They would not swap it out, as the box we had, did not match the serial number of the laptop in question. So beware - boxes now also carry serial numbers!!

its is now the 8th Oct and the customer still has no laptop, which they had to pay for up front!!

We will never use them again!
