Slow and dreadfull

Very frustrating and slow service. I've purchased a big order from them with multiple hardware components. They were happy to tel me that I can eft for a faster experience in getting the order processed and shipped. That did not help at all cause only 4 to 5 day after I have done the payment they sent an email saying the one component I ordered is out of stock and gave me very few alternatives. I asked for a refund and did everything they asked me too do. Again it's been 4-5 days and no one is answering me on my refund progress even after I have asked for a follow up two times. This wonderful service after I gave the R23 000 Welcome to Evetech where we happily take your money, don't have the stock we say we do and take about a week to get back to you. Refund you said? We have absolutely no idea what that is. Thank you and enjoy your day!

I recommend Wootware with a lot more options in computer hardware and even though they are based in Cape area you still get your order two days after you have made the purchase
