Shockingly pathetic service

I placed an order for a new PC on 6 December 2023 for one of our directors. By the 29 January 2024 order has not been delivered. Try to phone both listed numbers numerous times, but for 2 days I get no answer. Decide to send a email to support and sales. On 1 February I get a call from a Michael Starnes, a sales consultant at Evetech, telling me that they have "lost" the order on their side and that he would escalate the problem. I eventually receive the order (after 2 months of waiting!!) on 5 February - and the screen is cracked. Try to call them... no answer. Send emails to Michael, Sales and Support - today is the 3rd day and still I have not received any feedback, after resending the mail 3 times!
