Shocking service and non delivery of goods

We paid R20k for a computer that has not been delivered. We have tried numerous times to phone and speak to them and no one can help us. No one can tell us where the laptop is and no one ever comes back to us after telling us that they are trying to resolve the issue. Please do not buy any equipment from this poorly run company
