Shocking service

Placed an order that was then immediately paid Standard Bank to Standard Bank, 4 hours later I'm still waiting for the payment to be allocated. I then called to find out why and was asked to send a POP which i had already done when i made the payment. I asked the guy(didn't get his name) if it would be shipped the next day, he said yes. That was yesterday. It did not ship, surprise surprise. I called today and it has been allocated a tracking number but not yet dispatched. Its midday Friday and I need to deliver it to my client. This is not the first issue and it will definitely be the last as i cannot trust Evetech to do their jobs and send an "in stock" item on time. Was also promised a callback within 10 minutes by Dylan and guess what i'm still waiting 20 minutes later. Incompetence comes to mind.
